Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (usually same day). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. I make every effort to ship on Saturdays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- USPS Ground Advantage is used for all domestic shipments and usually takes 3-7 business days, although during peak holiday season can take a little longer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Orders (Canada)
For Canadian customers, please note that customs duties, taxes (GST/HST), and brokerage fees may apply to your order upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Heath's Model Works has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
To help ensure smooth customs clearance, all international shipments include accurate product descriptions and values. If you have questions about potential duties or taxes for your specific order, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Shipping to Canada will be handled by UPS or FedEx (determined automatically at checkout).
Damages
Heath's Model Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. You should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, but please reach out to Heath's Model Works afterwards, as we will make every effort to get you the parts you need at the lowest cost possible to replace the damaged materials.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
